1st package to arrive was a piece of torn up cardboard, I was outraged. I contacted the seller and was set out a new package when it finally arrived after ordering a month ago I was pleasantly surprised with the Outside of the purse it is nice as pictured, Inside could be nicer. The material on the inside is like a think felt fabric. Not sure I will order from this seller again as I was just totally upset when I literally received a piece of cardboard. I contacted them and was very blunt sent them pictures which I’ll place below. I asked them why would they ship and send tracking on a piece of card board from China all they could say was it was the shippers fault. But how do you blame that on the shippers when you literally packaged a piece of cardboard. Also when you receive an order from DH gate it will say that it was Shipped from Jane.

Fast shipping was received in 2 weeks! Overall good quality, the chain is a bit light in weight but doesn’t look cheap, I might replace it. There are a few differences between the real one (i.e. the colour of the metal is a bit darker than the real one) but material is sturdy and nice.

The quality of the bag is also very good, the embroidery stitching is very good, and the interior is neat. It takes a while for the handle to be straightened out of transportation, otherwise you can use this bag immediately! Thanks, this is a great discovery!

It took them two weeks to ship it not only that, but I had to message the seller to remind them to ship it. This took more than a month to arrived.
